Contractor Role:
- Provision of psychological therapy to adults through MBS or private paying referral pathways (occasional NDIS, SIRA, Third Parties).
- Typically seeing clients weekly-fortnightly, usually for at least 6-months depending on therapeutic needs.
- Brief letter writing for referrers. Long reports not anticipated.
- Working remotely from home via telehealth.

Financials:
- 70/30 Fee split + GST, negotiable based on experience and practice management needs.
- Client fees negotiable, or current practice fee of $230/hr.
- No KPIs nor minimum client caseload.
Ideal Candidate:
- Open to start April 2026 with a gradual build up of caseload.
- Fully AHPRA registered psychologist, registrar or endorsed psychologist, with at least 3 years clinical experience.
- ABN, national police check, WWCC (or state-based equivalent).
- Part-time or full-time hours.
- A preference to work independently.
- Experience using Zanda Health, Zoom, NovoPsych/Note.
- Confidence delivering psychological therapy and managing risk via telehealth to adults.
- Experience in using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapies (CPT, Schema, EMDR, or Narrative) in standardised and adapted way to be affirming and accessible to adults who are neurodivergent, chronically ill, part of the LGBTQIASB+ community, CALD and/or of Indigenous cultural heritage experiencing a variety of mental health concerns.
